Shipping policy

Processing & Production Time All orders from Empyre Print Shop are made-to-order. After your order is placed and your digital proof is approved, please allow 5–7 business days for production and shipping. Orders are not shipped until proof approval is received.

Shipping Methods We ship via USPS or UPS depending on order size and destination. Standard shipping is available to all 50 US states. Expedited shipping may be available upon request — contact us at jovaughnj@empyreprintshop.com or (845) 415-1532 before placing your order.

Shipping Timeframes Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–5 additional business days depending on your location. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 8–12 business days.

Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Local Pickup Local pickup may be available for customers in the Middletown, NY area. Contact us to arrange.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Once an order is transferred to the carrier, Empyre Print Shop is not liable for transit delays.
